This policy explains how Feng Shui Karma handles contact messages, analytics, advertising, Palm Reading, Face Reading, and image upload requests.
Do not upload or send sensitive personal details. Palm and Face Reading images are used to create the requested response, may be processed by an AI model provider, and are not added to the WordPress media library or kept as public site content.

What information may be processed
Feng Shui Karma is a content site with reflective tools. The information involved depends on how you use the site.
Site visits
Like most websites, the site and its service providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, referring pages, timestamps, cookies, and security signals.
Contact messages
If you contact Feng Shui Karma by email, your email address, message, page URL, screenshot, or attachment may be used to review and respond to your request.
Palm and Face Reading uploads
If you use Palm Reading or Face Reading, the submitted image is sent to the server, checked for file type and size, and forwarded to an AI model provider to create the requested response.
Advertising and analytics
Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, hosting, caching, and security tools may process cookies, identifiers, and technical events according to their own policies and settings.
Images
How Palm and Face Reading images are handled
Images are requested only for the reading workflow the visitor starts. The tool does not use uploads for identity verification, attractiveness scoring, medical diagnosis, protected-trait inference, or public galleries.
Your image is submitted over HTTPS and may be processed by an AI model provider so the reading response can be generated.
The tool does not add uploaded images to the WordPress media library or intentionally keep them as site content. Technical systems and providers may keep limited logs under their own retention practices.
Do not upload children, identity documents, medical images, financial records, private background details, or photos of people who have not agreed.
Use
How information is used
Information is used to run the site, answer messages, protect the service, improve content quality, and provide the requested reading response.
Provide site features
Technical data helps load pages, protect forms, limit repeated tool requests, troubleshoot errors, and keep the site available.
Generate requested readings
Uploaded images are used for the Palm Reading or Face Reading response you request. The output is for reflection and cultural learning only.
Improve content and usability
Aggregate analytics and feedback can help identify broken links, confusing pages, mobile problems, and topics that need clearer explanations.
Show and measure ads
AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to show, limit, and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization through Google settings and your browser controls.
Retention
Contact emails may be kept as long as needed to handle the message. Uploads are not intentionally kept as site content, but service providers may retain technical logs according to their systems.
Deletion requests

Minors
The tools are intended for adults. Do not upload images of children or ask for readings about minors.
